Sukki.ai ("Sukki" "we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered skin analysis service operated by Sukki (sukki.ai). We provide personalised skincare recommendations based on photos you upload and information you provide.

2. Not Medical Advice

Sukki is a cosmetic information tool only. The analysis, routines, and recommendations we provide are for general informational and educational purposes and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should not rely on Sukki as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or concern, please consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider before following any skincare recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sukki. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@sukki.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Sukki offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Sukki Glow at $9.99/month). By subscribing you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their explicit consent.
• Use Sukki for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse our service or AI models.
• Share, resell, or redistribute analysis results commercially without our permission.
• Upload photos containing nudity, graphic content, or content involving minors.

7. Your Photos & Data

Photos you upload are used solely to generate your skin analysis. We do not sell your photos or use them to train AI models without your explicit consent. For full details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within Sukki is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our service without written permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Sukki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis or recommendation for your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sukki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any adverse reactions to skincare products used following our recommendations. In any event Sukki shall not be liable to you for any amount exceeding $10.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Sukki after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
